I've been assigned to develop a staff exchange program for
a bureau that includes a central office and 27 historic sites
and museums located around the state. The exchanges would be
between staff in the central office and staff at field sites.
Has anyone on the list been involved with a similar project?
Some specific questions are:
What was the duration of the exchange?
Were the exchanges concurrent or consecutive--i.e. were the
two people involved in the exchange in the same place at
the same time learning about each other's jobs or did they
trade places for the duration of the exchange?
Who (position titles) was involved in the exchange?
What were the pros and cons?
Any other information would be most appreciated. Thanks.
