See if the Kennedy program in museum studies has a Continuing Education Track
or will allow you to take courses without doing the full masters program.
AASLH has workshops all across the US on a variety of topics.  The Winedale
Seminar in Texas is a museum studies focus.

If you want to come east - check out the Cooperstown Graduate Program in
History museum studies.
