Dear Adrienne,

It is my understanding that the reference is to unauthorized "direct" links
such as the unauthorized use of an image or piece of original copyrighted
material from their site for placement on another non-Guggenheim site using
their direct link in the source code as the new material source URL.

In general webpage URL links are not copyrighted, if that were the case
there would be no search engines.

Regards,

Mr. Nicola Linza
