Hi, Diane,

I use Past Perfect. So far we have about 4,000 objects and 3,000
photographs. The package can be a little clunky and it has taken me a long
time to learn some features (the manual is not great). The tech support I
receive is excellent and they are great about updating the product. I don't
know what the prices are on other softwares of this type, but from what I
understand, PP gives you a lot of bang for your buck. We use the member
section of the database for a lot of things, including sending renewal
letters and thank you letters.

We are due to upgrade this year. We've been delayed a bit because the
hardware requirements are a lot more advanced than our computers, so we are
also upgrading our network.

Hope this helps,
Erica
