HISTORICAL SOCIETY HEAD RESIGNS AND IS REPLACED by William Grimes
Wilbur L. Ross Jr., interim co-chairman, has resigned and will be
replaced by Miner H. Warner, a trustee since 1985 and president of
Public Resources International, a company that advises foreign
governments on revamping their debts.
