As a person who holds a "premium" membership to the Tulsa Zoo I have
seen the elephant exhibit. To be honest, we don't really notice it or
pay attention to it. The trunk that you get to manuever is way more fun
( please keep in mind my child is only 4). I don't believe the zoo is
the place to discuss creationism or religion other than how an animal
might be prominent in certain cultures and religion. The elephant is
prominent in Hindu cultures. They also have great exhibits on animals
in the mayan culture and religion and african animals and religion. A
full exhibit on creationism and religion would make me reconsider the
amount of money I donate in membership.
