Anyone, of any age, can affect another individual's experience, anywhere. If that 'behaviour' is disruptive in some way, and/or out of keeping in some way, possibly threatening to a display, a facility, etc. - or to a person (perpetrator or otherwise) - then it is best to notify individuals at/in a place, who would likely be responsible for such 'behaviour'. At a museum, it could be information or ticketing staff, security on duty, etc. Equally important, these individuals should be trained to respond to and handle this sort of 'behaviour'. It is always inappropriate, and possibly dangerous, to take a response, or reaction, to this behaviour, upon oneself. After may years of working in and visiting museums, I feel that it is best to let someone at an institution, centre, event, etc., handle a situation or actions that seems inappropriate. Though tempting, it may not be possible to 'go elsewhere'.
