A guide that we now use at the library here is ELECTRONIC STYLE: A GUIDE TO
CITING ELECTRONIC INFORMATION by Xia Li and Nancy B. Crane (Meckler, 1993).
Although it does not cover the Web (which wasn't fully available at the time
of publication), it does set certain standards to be followed.
