The National Agriculture Library (www.nal.gov-I think)
houses the publications (books, pamphlets, videos,
manuscripts) from many of the federal ag. related
agencies as well as collecting published material from
all over concerning agriculture. I know it serves as
the library for the USDA and as a library should be
trained to help you locate material.

Barring this, have you tried your local public
library? Not that they would have a video, but they
would have access to a national library database of
published materials called OCLC and would be able to
provide holdings and publisher information.
