Hi all:

Every so often there are a number of postings about gow to get off the
list. This kind of stuff is easy to loose. I need to go off-list now and
then I and I have way that seems to work pretty well. I have made two
entries in my e-mail address book, once called "Get Off List," and the
other "Get On List." They contain the correct addresses for doing so.

I also had to ask how to get on and off, but once I did that I was all set
for the next time.

Matt Linke
