Marie --  You might want to call the Walters Art Gallery in Baltimore.  A
couple or three years ago they did a terrific collaboration with the
Maryland Art Instute called something like "Hanging with the Old Masters"
and artists used objects in the collection as a point of departure.

Also, when I visited the Getty last march there was a similar contemporary
exhibition there.  A large number of artists (a dozen or so?) created works
inspired by things in the Getty collections.  One of those places must have
copies of agreements or something...
