You might contact the Central Park Conservancy, here in New York City.  I
am sure that they have a Web presence, but all I have is the phone
number: (212)860-1370.  Annie Hirsch at this number I am sure can help
direct your question to the right people.  The Park rents various parts
of their grounds whenever weather permits, and, for some truly idyllic
spots, limos are lined up three deep all summer long.
