Willoughby Associates, Limited is expanding its staff to meet increasing demand
for its industry-leading museum automation products and services.  Willoughby
Associates is looking for experienced men and women who want to work in a dynamic
environment for a company with users world-wide.  We automate the collection,
image, archival, and bibliographic holdings of museums like the Getty, the
Smithsonian, and the National Museums of Scotland for access by staff,
researchers and visitors via internal networks and the Internet.

APPLICATION PROGRAMMERS
Seeking creative individuals with relational database experience, Oracle and/or
Microsoft Access preferred, but will train.  Should know system design and SQL.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
Seeking individual experienced in supervising software support, training, and
installation services.  Should be service-oriented and motivated by desire to
help people.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATES
Seeking individuals to provide help desk, training, and documentation services to
museum users.  Should be service-oriented, and motivated by strong desire to help
people.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

DATABASE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Seeking individual with excellent knowledge of data structure and formatting
issues.  Should be highly organized and self-starting.  Must have experience in
museum data entry (or similar materials) and large-scale conversions.

MARKETING SERVICES ASSOCIATES
Seeking articulate, personable individuals with excellent written and verbal
communication skills.  Should be highly organized and self-starting.  Sales
experience a plus.  Must enjoy travel.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Seeking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can do many things
at the same time.  Responsible for phones and typing plus order fulfillment,
mailings, travel arrangements, billings, and office administration.  Should be
high-energy, self-starting, and work with minimal supervision.  Must have
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
