Assistant to the Director of the Gallery

We are in search of an experienced bi-lingual administrative assistant for
this well-known arts and cultural organization. The ideal candidate will
have 2-3 years professional experience in a museum, gallery or other arts
related institution. This position has the major responsibility for the
Director's Office including correspondence, files and mailing lists, travel
arrangements, scheduling, organizing meetings of the Board and advisory
committess, and working with the Director on special projects.  Reading and
writing proficiency in Japanese and English, MS Word, and Excel. Experience
with Raisers Edge a plus. Salary $30 - 32K plus excellent benefits and
