This is a very interesting discussion as I am contemplating grad school in
museum studies too. Thanks for all the great advice, especially about
getting a MA in a specific field and then a cert in Museum Studies. What do
you all think about distance-learning programs then? Is a grad degree
obtained through distance-learning as "valuable" as one that is done locally
(US vs from other countries) in the museum field?
