Not to be stuffy, but there's no need to have one's name, in my opinion --
just the person's position on a nametag.

But if the powers that be really think it's needed, then Mr. Jones, or Ms.
Taylor, would suffice -- or, as the alternative, use only the first names.
I agree there is a modest amount of risk in having both names on one's
nametag...for one, no visitor really wants to know both names, and the other
is that in smaller communities, it helps track these folks down in the phone
book for all the wrong reasons.
