You can also get the hangers from your community as well. I have advertised
our need for hangers in our newsletter and haven't had to buy one yet. Also,
we have a local clothing bank (sort of like salvation army or goodwill) and
they constantly get wooden hangers and don't need them so they bring them to
us. Just some ideas. As for the process we do the same as Cape Fear.
