        If you really mean tools, I believe you are on the wrong
track.   Tools just make people more efficient and productive.  
tools without people are just objects.   The real keys to success,
whether in 1998 or in 2000 are people.  Knowledgable in your subject,
dedicated to your cause and given the means and encouragements to
succeed.
