AAM is working on such a book right now called _The Wired Museum_.  It is a
series of essays about topics pertinent to the museum community.  It is
advertised in their current catalog, but is not yet available.

I am one of the contributors, but would agree with Robert that the field is
changing quickly (museums are getting caught up) and a book is difficult to
justify right now.

Should you want to pursue this, I am sure the Museum Computer Network would
be interested in a collaboration--perhaps to reprint a collection of
articles from our journal?
