To add to the excellent list of links that Indigo Nights offered, I'll
suggest an additional resource that listers might find helpful:

The Links Library section of the MuseumMarketingTips.com website contains
almost 400 links in 20 different categories covering fundraising, membership,
audience development, corporate sponsorships, special events, volunteer
recruitment, PR, marketing, nonprofit management, heritage cultural tourism
and more.

The links are carefully selected, updated regularly, and include websites,
articles, tutorials, case studies and free downloadable reports. Some of the
material linked to is specifically about museums, some is aimed at nonprofits
in general and some comes from business websites -- but all of the links
offer information and ideas that museums and other cultural institutions can
easily adapt and use.

Enjoy!
