DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES - NYC
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources for our client, located in New
York City and one of the most prestigious galleries in the world.
The ideal candidate will have had experience in and an understanding of the
art business, either having worked in a similar caliber gallery, auction
house, museum or related business. Responsibilities include strategic human
resources planning; recruitment; benefit administration; compliance and
employee relations. Five to eight years human resources experience; minimum
BA; extraordinary interpersonal skills; and the ability to create a positive
and supportive environment to help achieve business goals.
Salary: $75-90K with excellent benefits.
