Exhibitions Coordinator


Working with the Museum's Registrar, the Exhibitions Coordinator is
responsible for managing SJMA's thriving traveling exhibition program and
overseeing rights and reproducing issues for the Curatorial Department.
Duties of this full-time position include:

· Coordinate packing, shipping, and insurance details for various temporary
exhibitions
· Maintain traveling exhibitions database
· Prepare packages (with slides and other visuals) for traveling exhibitions
· Handle all correspondence and inquiries regarding traveling exhibitions
· Generate all loan agreements for traveling exhibitions
· Coordinate all rights and reproductions for upcoming exhibition catalogue
· Provide general support to Registrar
· Assist in managing the Museum's permanent collection
· Additional duties as assigned

Bachelor of Arts in art history or museum studies required. Strong computer
skills (in PC-based Filemaker and Microsoft Office applications) also
