Would you consider gallery employment?  There are always plenty of galleries
advertising in the New York Times for entry level gallery assistants.  Look
on careerpath.com, which lists newspaper ads.  Entry level employment in
Museums is hard to find, although sometimes various departments advertise for
administrative assistants with B.A.'s.
