The internet has a lot of good resources.  You may want to try an internet
search on specific collection management topics.  I find the search engine
google.com to be very good.

Also, if you are a member of American Association of Museums, you can get a
discount on the books they sell through their bookstore which includes a
vast variety of collection management and other museum related topics.
