Many, many thanks Ross for this message. It is not only good to be reminded
that each of us has a part to play in encouraging diversity, but also to
have some concrete examples. I am reminded of the intern that I had
several years ago who was wheel-chair bounded and had an exceptionally hard
time finding an internship because of her handicap. She was a terrific
employee and taught me a great deal about how a museum can be both ADA
accessible and hand-capped unfriendly.
