THE ROBERT LOGAN AWARD 2003
In memory of Robert Logan, British Association of Friends of Museums
(BAFM) Chairman 1994-98

200UKP prize money

Following the success of the previous awards, candidates are invited to
enter for the 2003 award. A prize will be given to the selected person,
under the age of 30, to present a paper on a heritage related subject,
at BAFM's 30th Annual Conference at the Thackray Museum, Leeds, on 18th
October 2003.

The chosen topic for 2003 will be: 'The Circle of Inspiration' a paper
on how people of all ages can inspire and stimulate each other with a
desire to learn throughout life.

Applications are now invited and should be accompanied by a synopsis,
showing in no more than 200 words, the topic to be included in the final
paper.

The winner of the prize will read the paper on 18th October and will be
the guest of BAFM for the weekend; for the Conference, the visits and
for the Conference dinner.

Entries should be sent by 1st April 2003. For entries, further details
