Hello List!
I am developing new evaluation forms for our interns to
complete at the end of their internships.  Interns complete
one evaluation, supervisors complete an evaluation, and intern
and supervisor complete an evaluation together.  Would anyone
be willing to share evaluation forms or ideas that have worked
for you?
