Hey!  I'm a member of PETA, and speaking for myself, I try very hard
not to run over or step on anybody.
 
But you have a point--how do we go about organizing a People for
the Ethical Treatment of Insects (or to be more inclusive, People
for the Ethical Treatment of Invertebrates)?
 
(And I'm really only half-joking--you know there are a number of
endangered inverts, and hardly anyone worries about them.)
