I also thank you for your help.
Pam

Once again, thank you to all of you who worked so hard to make this year's
campaign a huge success. Smithsonian wide, we reached approximately 36%
participation, and our dollar amount soared to over $386,000.00!!

The Combined Federal Campaign would like to thank all coordinators and
keyworkers by hosting the annual Keyworker Appreciation Gala.
The event will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2000 from 9:30 a.m. to
11:00 a.m. Please inform all keyworkers of this event.

The Gala will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, 2660 Woodley Road
NW. (off Connecticut Avenue) Woodley Park Metro station.

(Please keep in mind that this event is hosted by the Combined Federal
Campaign of the National Capital Area, and NOT the Smithsonian Institution.
I know that questions have been raised in the past about this, with
concerns about the money used to host such an event. This is NOT funded by
the Smithsonian. All who worked hard for the campaign and WANT to attend
are more than welcome to attend.)

Please pass the word to all keyworkers.
Thanks

Holly Marken
