I asked my son, who is an aficionado of all things old and nautical,
and he says:
 
A 1/4" set of plans of the Shenandoah, 3 sheets, including 1 sail
plan, is available from Taubman Plan Service International, 11
College Drive, Box 4G, Jersey City NJ 07305, USA.  Order number is
TPS-302, price $30.00 US.  A sail plan and inboard profile are also
reprinted in "The Confederate Navy: A Pictoral History" by Philip
Van Doren Stern, NY, 1962.  Paperback edition 1992, ISBN number
0-306-80488-3.
