David, I'm glad to know that actual kiosks were involved at some point.  I
guess that makes me feel better.  It makes as much sense as calling a
boothless pay phone hanging on a wall a phone "booth", as I've heard some
people say.  (Which reminds me of the great scene in the first Christopher
Reeve "Superman" movie, where Clark Kent can't find a booth to change in--but
I digress.)  I suppose there must be other analogies...
