Subject: Standards for Ceramic Typology/Classification?

Hi,

I am searching for a reference(s) that addresses what to call certain
pottery shapes i.e. when to call something a jar instead of a bowl;
cultural context aside for the moment. I have not had success on
WorldCat.

Thanks!
