We are very pleased with JLG AXXESSOR model. It was not cheap but
worth every penny, $11,111.00.

It is battery operated self propelled with joy stick, no cord to
worry about, it reaches 21 feet into the air, it has an optional
extension basket with room for one passenger and some boxes, it has a
250 lb load limit, can be driven from the basket even at the extended
height, has a zero turn radius within its 36 inch length and about 28
inch width, low enough to go through normal door ways (duck though),
Need I say more?

Our preparator can do lights alone now, access all the museum with
our ramps, dust where needed, access our mezzanine in storage, etc.
One draw back is its weight, 2000 lbs. We are on vinyl covered
concrete floors so are OK. Wood floors might be problematic.

Dependable too, better than some staff I have had (just kidding!).

Good luck.
