Many years ago I ran a small community museum on a very tight budget and
they did not have much in the way of cash reserves. There were times that I
had to write a smaller pay cheque for myself until more money came in or the
cheque would have bounced. How is THAT as an incentive to maintain adequate
cash reserves?
