Dear Colleagues,

This question is directed toward visual arts centers/museums affiliated with
a college or university. Our facility will open two new wings this
Spring...one dedicated to education programs, and one for exhibitions and
facility support. This new construction joins our 1 1/2 year old first
phase which houses our larger galleries, administrative, and
shipping/receiving areas.

This level of funding is new for our university and I am interested to know
how similar organizations are funded through their parent institution.
Specifically, what areas of funding are combined to make up the total
budget...for example student fees, etc.

(: hank :)
