Dear Jim:

After working in the field of cultural institution protection for many
years (since the early 1980's), I have a good amount of material in my
professional library on this subject matter - to include training of
protection officers. In fact, I have written a Training Manual and
Customer Service Guide for use in the training of protection officers -
but it should be customized for training in each institution.

If you will contact me off-list, I will respond.

Kind Regards

Roger Wulff
