The Museum of New Zealand is in the process of specifying compacting
shelving designs for its new building.
We have got to a division of opinion on the various merits of a crank handle
vs a wheel for  driving the shelving units.
If anyone has had  experience with both and can give me technical
information on the comparative gearing possibilities for either system  or
put me in touch with someone who can by Thursday morning I would be very
grateful.
