Ms. Brady:

Indiana University in Bloomington offers a PhD in art history (they also
offer M.A. (history of art), MA for teachers, combined MA and Master of
Library Science, as well as MFA in studio art). Contact the School of
Fine Arts, FA 123, Indiana University, Bloomington, IN 47405,
812-855-7766; or the I.U. Graduate School, Bryan Hall 104, I.U.,
812-855-8913.

I'm certain there are other schools that offer PhD programs in art history.
