For  the Board to be silent, even if the attacks are frivolous, is to
give the impression that the accusations have some foundations.  In my
opinion, the Board should issue a statement as to it's position on the
issues and the reasons behind their stand.  The statement should not
get into what we used to call "a pissing contest" of counter
accusations.  This will let the public make up its own mind as to
which side to believe.
