In Chicago, besides the exhibit and registrar folks, there is the
evaluation group too, sometimes called Eval Gals (a guy can be a gal
too).

I know the marketing and PR folks get together regularly, as do the
outreach people...

Is Chicago a hot bed of grass-roots organizing (how's that for a mixed
metaphor!) or is this type of interaction common in other areas as well?
