I am a full-time student at Southeastern Lousiana University in Hammond,
La.  My major is in Cultural Resource Management, and I am currently working
on my internship with the Lake Ponchartrain Basin Foundation.  Our purpose
is to construct and operate a maritime museum and research facility which
will collect, maintain and present the rich maritime history of this area.
  To that end, as a project for my internship, it has been left to me to
research the procedures and facility requirements necessary to provide such
a museum.  This information will be used by our architects to build the
museum  with all necessary facilities for our needs.
  I would greatly appreciate any help which could lead me to the information
