Oh, dear Ross (with a twinkle in my eye, LOL), it HAS
to be a political thing, don't you know.  I mean
countless Americans were driven to drink in the 2000
election fiasco.  And imagine the poor drinkers of
Argentina.  By the time they put their glass down,
there's another new president.
