I don't have one to share with you, but in the realm of "ya done good"
non-monetary awards, additional paid time off is probably the most welcome
type of award (assuming that it doesn't cause more stress for the employee
to figure out when s/he can get away to take that time off!).

We are in the process of updating our employee policy
book .  In an effort to match industry best practices,
