Please excuse the cross-posting of this inquiry with the Registrar's list:

The question has been raised at our institution as to whether we should publish a list of the year's accessions. Do any of your institutions publish such a list annually, or if not annually, then how often? Do you publsih the list as part of the annual report, as a bulletin, or as part of some other publication? If you do publish a list, how much information is included --artist, title, date, medium, measurement, credit line, accession number? What is the number of accessioned objects per year?

Thanks in advance for your responses, and thanks to my colleagues from the Registrar's list who responded previously.

Cathy
