Briefly, some registration details for the upcoming MCN '97 annual
conference Oct. 15-18 in St. Louis:

* Deadline for hotel special conference rate is tomorrow -- SEPT. 17.  Make
your plans today!

* ONSITE conference registration carries a 15% SURCHARGE.  Save yourself
some cash by registering for the conference prior to . . .

* October 8 is the last day the Silver Spring office can accept
registration.  After that time all conference information will be forwarded
to St. Louis for the conference Registration/Hospitality Desk.  You can fax
your registration to (301)495-0810. The registration form is available on
the MCN website: http://www.mcn.edu.

* Federal employees who can not get a government check until after Oct. 1
need not worry. Simply fax in your registration forms and bring your check
or purchase order onsite to St. Louis. If your registration is received
prior to Oct. 8 you will not incur the onsite surcharge.
