Hello. This question is for those of you who have had exhibitions on
immigration with hands-on activities for kids. One of my interns is
researching material for a new exhibit on immigration. Kids will be able to
learn about three children and the things they experienced during their
journeys, and what they experienced during and after their arrivals. The
exhibit will be 98% hands-on with only two cases being locked. I have a few
questions for all of you:

1. What kinds of activities can children participate in while visiting the
exhibit?

2. What kinds of interactive components did you have in your exhibit? (Don't
answer if redundant.)

3. What secondary sources did you use in researching children's experiences
as immigrants?

Any and all advice would be helpful. If any of you have pamphlets, or even
pre and post visit materials, I would be happy to see them.

Thanks,

Elizabeth Nohra
