I would request that people on this list attend to two
          courtesies: 1) If you are making a reply to a specific
          question, please give some indication of what the original
          question was. If you can't quote with your software, a RE:
          line inserted into the message would be helpful. If the
          reply is really intended for one individual, please send it
          to that individual.
 
          2) Please include your name and email address after your
