To state the obvious, the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, which
happens also to be the worl'ds most popular museum , is festooned with
suspended artefacts. The reasoans for suspending these are both practical and
functional. Dimensions, weights etc can be obtained from most any A-Z aircraft
encycloapedia.
