Educational Program Assistant, Part-time
Historic Speedwell - Morris County Park Commission, Morristown, NJ

Assists Program staff with development and presentation of school and other interpretive programs and special events and assists with the
development of materials for use in school classes and other educational programs;

The Educational Program Assistant helps the program staff develop, plan, schedule, and present school and public programs, including special
events.

Assists with the supervision of any volunteers/interns and helps train them accordingly.

Assists with program admissions during educational programs and weekend events.

Assists with public information activities including the preparation and dissemination of press releases and publicity for programs at Historic
Speedwell.

College degree in related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.  Flexibility required.  24 hrs/wk.  Includes weekends
and holidays that fall during the public season April-October, but position year-round.
