VRA-L Information

The VRA-L listserv is indeed for the Visual Resources Association. It is
an excellent listserv.

1) To subscribe to VRA-L, send an email message to the following address:

           [log in to unmask]

You need put nothing in the "Subject" heading; it will be ignored
by the listserv.

2) In the body of the message to VRA-L include only the following (caps
are for clarity, except for your name):

           subscribe VRA-L <your_full_name>

"Your_full_name" is just that, the name by which you wish to be known
on the listserv, _not_ your email address, which the listserv deciphers
automatically from your message header. Use appropriate capitalization
for your name.

3) Once subscribed to VRA-L, send messages to the listserv members at:

ARLIS-L Information

To subscribe to ARLIS-L, the listserv for the Art Libraries Society
of North America, also an excellent service, use the same procedure
as above, substituting the following information for the numbered steps:

1) [log in to unmask]

2) subscribe ARLIS-L <your_full_name>

3) [log in to unmask]

I hope that helps.
